We welcome you to Ty'n y Gwynt

Situated in the lovely town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula in North West Wales, the B&B sits alongside the seafront and offers spectacular views of Criccieth Castle and overlooking Cardigan Bay.

Criccieth is one of the most beautiful locations to be found in Wales. Situated on the coast at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with many attractions there is something to do for everybody. Castles, walks, mountains, beaches, scenery, trains, golf, water sports, fishing, plus excellent visitor attractions in abundance.

This part of Wales has an abundance of historic castles. Criccieth castle is one fine example and dominates the town standing high on its rocky perch and is a must visit.

Criccieth itself has two beaches either side of the Castle. The beaches are a mixture of sand and pebble with a rocky area at the far end of the eastern beach exposing rock pools at low tide. There are no amusement arcades or vendors along these beaches so you can enjoy a relaxing time soaking up the sun with only the sounds of the sea washing over you.

There is so much to do in this part of the World that you may not fit it all in to one visit. With the majesty of Snowdonia National Park together with historical and leisure attractions makes Tyn y Gwynt Bed and Brealfast the perfect place to stay.
